Hello

I'm a biomedical engineering student at Washington U. in St. Louis, entrepreneur, molecular microbiology researcher, culinary connoisseur and blogger. This is where I share my ideas and links.

About

I am an undergraduate student of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Washington University in St. Louis pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering with a second major in physics and a minor in chemistry. In addition, I work in the Lodge Laboratory of the Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis researching stress sensors in the fungus Cryptococcus neoformans. As an officer of the Washington University Student Investment Fund I assist in the investment and management of over $100,000 of the university’s endowment. In May 2010 I founded Sapientia Media, LLC to pursue my interests in social media marketing. As the president and sole proprietor of the company, I work with small to medium-sized businesses to provide digital marketing services on websites such as Facebook and Twitter. In my free time I can often be found in one of my favorite coffee shops sipping a cappuccino while blogging, reading or investing.
