• Reading How to make great coffee at home has me drinking two different cups of coffee at a time, so I can compare them side-by-side
• I enjoyed Cal Newport's advice about what to have on a personal website
• This Twitter thread highlights some of the many ways that consumers have lost trust in the reliability of their software
• Apps: I can't use a large monitor without Magnet to manage windows - its keyboard shortcuts make it powerful. Sendy is like Mailchimp but self-hosted like Wordpress - a quirky but powerful little piece of software for managing email lists. MeetingBar keeps me on-task and on-schedule.
• Gadgets: I upgraded the burrs in my coffee grinder this month, which was pretty easy but had a major impact on coffee quality.
• Coffees: Enjoying the Onyx Decade Blend
